Description
The case study for pet clinic is to create a digital presence, which will allow its staff and customers to digitize the process of booking appointments, managing inventory, billing & payments, and maintenance of clientele information and medical history.
Role
User researcher, Interaction Designer.

Study the problem and gather requirements from fictional clients.

Suggest and sketch layouts for mobile or web applications for all user scenarios.

Accomplishment
I worked on this case study while exploring User Experience and quickly grasped the fundamentals of UX.
This was my first UX encounter in the form of case study. It made me realize that UX is not just "web design".
